Pajan IPA is an experimental IPA served only on tap. We play around with different malts, hops and hopping methods. Pajan IPA 2 is dry hopped with Ekuanot and Centennial. Kettle hops Azacca and Chinook.

(Keg at Rotterdam, 20170708) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty clean malt-forward hoppy pale ale.

Tap @ Rotterdam. Thanks Hanniku! Poured golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has cat pee, currant leafs, hops. Really fresh aroma. Flavor has grapefruit, blackcurrant leafs, citrus, fresh hops. Bitter finish. Lovely, balanced and clean IPA.
