On tap at Gasthaus Forster am See, Eching, nr Landshut, Sunday 27th September 2020 after a short 6km walk. Pours hazy puddle brown with an off white head. Tangy, fruity and with a nice wheatiness and hint of banana.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, röstmalzig, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht würzig, leicht fruchtig.

50cl bottle, BBE 07/2012. Poured brownish with a frothy head. Aroma was fruity, banana and clove mostly. Flavor had banana, yeast and light roasted notes. Thin body.

500ml bottle [5.2%]. Cloudy darkest brown with huge stable frothy tan head. Fruity wheat aroma, apple, pear, some yeast. Smooth palate, slighlty sweet dark malt taste, sour apple and citurs overtone. Nice.

Bottle 500ml.ABV: 5.2%. Hazy medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeast, phenol, yeast, light banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120211]

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and light-beige foamy head. Slightly yeasty, moderately sweet and ashy toast-malty aroma with a present wheat-character, accompanied by notes of berries, banana and traces of cacao. Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly toasted malty taste with notes of wheat, banana and traces of caramel and cloves; fruity, slightly toasty and clove-spicy finish. 02.XII.09

Bottle: Almost clear, big stable beaten-egg-white-like off-white head; moderate fruity-sourish and caramelly-toasty nose with a light yeasty-wheaty touch; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; finishes as it begins: sourish-fruity and caramelly.
