We’re welcoming the spring season with a brand new saison! This refreshing beer uses French hops with the use of barley, rye, and wheat malt. With a slightly higher ABV (6.5%) and low IBU, this brew features spices and aromas such as cloves and pepper.

Fruity, some plastic. The fermentation isn’t great. I understand I should focus more but when the beer is off, what's the point?

Weak clear gold body and modest foam. Soft coriander on the nose, vague cereal. Taste is plenty of coriander and yeast, ending a little watery. Kind of okay, checking off the boxes at least.
