Touch of brett, slight haze, nice head. Kiss of soft malt. Good balance - the brett and malt go well together.

Weak watery looking clear medium gold body and almost no foam. Some cereal and lemon on the nose, hints of saffron. Taste is more cereal, slight pepperiness, ending smooth but slightly thin. Not too bad, certainly not great.
