Oi! A Caipirinha is a wonderful Brazilian cocktail, and the inspiration for this beverage. Conditioned on lime zest and juice, cane sugar, and a firm addition of the good stuff, cachaça. Refreshing, summery stuff right here. Sextou! Saúde!

Poured from the tap. Hazy blonde with small white head. More or less tastes like a lime kettle sour. Okay, but nothing special.

Weak cloudy yellow body and no foam. Kind of an acidic apricot and lime on the nose, hints of floor cleaner. Taste is chewy lime, slightly septic but not overly so. Tangy finish, a simply okay sour sorta thing.

Dull pale haze, thin head. Lots of lime on the nose, a little something else in there … what are they doing for cachaća character? Moderate tartness, so it seems well-balanced. 3 6 6 3 12
