A brunch-inspired fruity and refreshing ale that ought to be served in a champagne flute; we used a wheat-heavy grain bill paired with a citrus-forward whirlpool hop addition, a fermentation of London Ale and Saison yeasts, and added a splash of Orange Juice.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, Belgian yeast, lemon and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, orange, lemon, Belgian yeast, a hint of peach and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not really getting mimosa, but refreshing and ok for a flavoured Saison.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of melon, candied citrus and soft wheat. Flavors of lemon wax, plastic, creamy melons, wheat and possibly some Belgian yeast. Not really sure what the intent is. Too heavy and thick to be refreshing.

Cloudy modest yellow body and zero foam. Wet lemon on the nose maybe, and someone tell me how that's supposed to resemble a mimosa. Taste is wet juice, vague grain, and I have to ask why they even bothered putting together such an embarassingly subpar beer.
