bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Light- to medium-bodied with a pleasantly sweet malt character, plus lots of aromatic hops. Not too bitter, but very hop-aromatic. Good.

Draught at the brewery restaurant
Blond color. The aroma, even if simple, it’s lightly fruity. It has a delicate malt flavor, with correct bitterness; even if not special, it has a quid more than the usual commercial Lagers, and it’s also more stylish than the Schiller Naturtrüb (the other drinkable beer from this brewery) but less interesting than the Kellerbier (their best offer).

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbs, bready and rather sweet malts, mild earthyness as well. Flavour is sweet bready malts along with some grassy hops and mild toffee.

Bottled 500ml (BB 03/2011)
Golden color, small steady white head, lace. Buttery, grassy aroma. Ok body for 4.7% beer. Basic grassy, hoppy pilsner, some butterness. Nothing special but clean and has nice late bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a dense white head. The aroma is dominated by good flowery aroma hops. Medium body, quite some malts but it’s the good hops hat really make this beer shine. Solid bitterness. 151010

Bottle: Clear, golden with a greenish sheen, small but quite stable white head; light to moderate grainy-bitter nose with a papery tinge; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry bitter finish with the faintest touch of sweet malt and a little tartness in the aftertaste. Nothing to complain, but all in all a quite simple Pils.....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet pale malty and shy grainy aroma with a tinge of citrus and grassy and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy, almost a bit sharp carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy taste with a present herbal and grassy hops-character; quite dry and moderately bitter finish, rounded up with a light malty sweetness. Decent German Pilsener. 09.XII.09

Frisches, sehr hopfiges Pils. Dennoch sicherlich kein schlechtes Pils. A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is malty with a slight touch of hops. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter end.
