Loose white head on an unclear pale golden coloured body.
Digestive biscuits, malt & cereal aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy with a soft cloying back.
Malt, biscuit, sweet & grain tastes with lightly hopped bitter finish.

And again a 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. BB 09/25. Cloudy golden with an one finger white foamy head in the glass. Caramel and butter on the nose. Taste starts grainy, caramel, some fruity parts, maybe also diacetyl. More pleasant in the second part. Mid bitterness. Bottle too old?

Smooth grainy beginning. Easy to drink, grainy parts with a smooth and slightly sweetish grainy back. Not too much bitterness there, easy to drink, fruity refreshing, not bad.

Bottle. Blonde. Hints of grass and soap in the aroma. Malty, grassy flavor. Lingering grassy bready aftertaste. Not bad.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

500ml bottle. Pale clear golden colour with average firm frothy moderately lacing white head. Grassy and minimally strawy hop aroma, a touch of wheat. Taste has mainly grassy hop notes, a touch of citrus, light malt basis. Light, fresh, unspectacular.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, light citrus. Taste is bready malt, citrussly and grassy hops.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest spicy, some wheaty hints. Not very dry. Finish still mild, very drinkable. Okay.
