inky purple pink color. Big cherry pie, but the palate is tart but not so interesting. It’s not bad, but nothing amazing

Bottle split at the Level 6 Xmas Bash, thanks to Danny, 15/12/22. Raspberry red topped with a crimson cap. Nose is cherry skins, dried red berries, damp straw, hedgerow. Taste comprises damp oak, light spice, red berry must, cherry stones, damp cloth, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic bite. Solid.

Draught. Nice deep red-purple, pink head. Cherries, funk, vanilla, vinegar, oak, sour, mildly candy-ish. Good.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours very dark deep purple with a small small offwhite / light pink head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, tart and sweet cherries, cherry stone, vanilla. Flavor is light sweet, ight sour, malt, wood, cherries, cherry stones. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light tart fruity finish. 150424

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Hazy very dark purple with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, malty, Stevns cherries, vanilla and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 150424

Deep dark red colour with quick fading head. Aroma of cherry skins and juicy cherry. Taste is intense with sweet sour and bitter cherry elements. Not my taste but qualitatively good.

Draft. A deep red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherries, funk, vanilla, and wood. The flavor is sour with notes of puckering cherries, funk, wood, brettanomyces, and vanilla, leading to a tart finish.

(Draught at Mikkeller at Morebeer, Amsterdam, 11 Aug 2023) Dark ruby colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of sour cherries, oak wood, coffee, vinegar, vanilla and roasty aromas. Fruity, tart taste with sour cherries, balsamic vinegar, raspberries, hints of tar, treacle and vanilla. Low bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Rich and complex, with lots of sour fruit and toasty wood. Great beer!

Mørk rød med lys rosa skum. Lukter svarte kirsebær og svart pepper. Middels fylde. Fruktig og sur. smaker sure kirsebær, noe solbær og pepper. Middels lang.
