Tap at Drinkoteka. Murky dark purple body, pinkish head. Sourish sour cherry aroma primarily, very much pleasant, mixed with light pencil shavings (in a good way?) and vanilla. Delicious sour juicy taste, lovely sour cherry notes, almost pit-like touches, subtle vanilla rounding things out, this is just beautiful stuff! Man... it guts me that this project couldn't continue, there were heading in some wonderful directions with their wilds!

Irregular, medium dark pink head; fully opaque deep Burgundy-red beer. Every new pour gives an image of boiling red fruitjam. Vinous, red wine,, aged Burgundy, cherry stones, old barriques. The same orally with indeed, a sweetish vanillla-like flavour overhanging. Main taste remains deep-aged, oaked, tannine-rich red wine. It remains almost hidden by the grapey fireworks, but there is good carbonation. Some velvety texture. However, the acids amass and finally completely gum out the vanilla, with the saturation of the tasting papillae. Yet another mindblowing gem from Baghaven. If only...

Bottle.Dark reddish colour with medium pink head.Aroma of cherries and wood hint of vanilla and oak sweet mouth feel and light hint of almonds nice by style.

bottle with 2020 above the GTIN Very good , albeit somewhat sweet lambic aroma with equal strength in the lambic, the fruits and the wood. well balanced, also a lot of vanilla, works well with the wood, however, i think a bit too much vanilla. Flavor is like a wild ale with cherries, a bit more bubbly and lively than a traditional lambic, vanilla, wood, cherries and sour beer is, however, perfectly balanced in the flavor. there is some cherry-stone like bitterness towards the end that I could do without. In any case, a great lambic, recommended.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Danny. Pours purple-red with a small, creamy pink head. Light sweet flavour with rich jammy berries, subtle seedy notes, low acidity. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more bright and jammy berries, cleansing acidity. Exquisite.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. A mildly hazy red wine colour beer, small pink head. Palate is smooth and light but quite dry, decent fine carbonation. A very nice cherry richness with a little red wine, the vanilla integrates well and stops it from getting overly sour. Dry finish. Very nice beer but too dry.

Bottle at the Columbus Christmas Tasting. 15/12/2022. Thanks to Daniel. A Clear plummy purple red coloured pour with a halo of plum head. Aroma is semi sweet, cherry, plum sweets, light tart. Flavour is composed of, sweet cherry, kriek, dry plum, dary, fruitella, fruits, sweets. Palate is semi sweet, tangfy, highish carbonation. . cherry sweets.
