ABV: 7.6%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oak, almonds, tart, cherry, sweet cherry, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, cherry, cherry stone, vanilla sweet, stone bitter, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 750 ml bottle from MBC. Very dark red body, with a medium, frothy, dissipating, dark pink head. Aroma with lots of ripe cherries, some barnyard, some wood, slight sweet notes from the vanilla propably. Tastes similar, with even more sourish cherries. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate dry, very fruity, with lots of cherries again, some wood, slight vanilla, slight funk. Tasty! So smooth to drink, with loads of ripe cherries. The vanilla is pretty subtle, only providing some more balance. Outstanding stuff, among my favorite Baghavens. Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

0,75l bottle at Saeglopurs place, shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. dark brown color with a purpleish hue, purple head. smells funky, cherries, sour cherries, some stone fruits, vanilla ice cream, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of sour cherries, light vanilla, kiwi, marzipan, stone fruits, sour cherry juice, almonds. finishes very subtly sour with notes of sour cherries, sour cherry juice and some maripan. very very nice one, vanilla is almost not noticeable (which is probably a good thing anyway). love sour cherries both in aroma and taste. not the most complex, but overall very nice beer.

Bottle from MBC. Pours deep dark red with medium vanishing red head. Aroma is intense sour cherries, cherry seed, bitter almond, vanilla, oak and hints of vinegar. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and medium to very sour. Body is dry with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and very sour with intense notes of sour cherries, almond, vanilla, oak, vinegar and hints of salt. Very intense and fruity

75cl bottle @ tasting 30.1.21. Poured intense cherry red color. Thin slightly lighter red head. Wonderful cherry aroma, vanilla to smoothen out the sourness later. Slightly acidic. Drinkability is very good here.
