Bottle shared with Nari and Undos, cellared this one for over a year. Nose is bourbon notes, lots of spicy rye, light citric touches, peat. Taste is sweetish, malty, boozy, the rye notes are pretty apparent and so is the bourbon character, the orange peel comes through too, it’s somewhat peaty as well. It’s got a rich, thick body and soft carbonation. Interesting mix of flavour, but it’s very much my cup of tea.

23.11.2021 Aromat wędzony tytoniu,ciemne słody intensywny, trochę tego torfu. Drobna piana, ale opada jasnobrązowa, bursztynowe bardzo ciemne jak na wine, z rubinowym przebłyskiem. Smak goryczki alkoholu dominuje i słody wędzonego. Jest mało słodki w smaku. Wyraźny smak. Nagazowanie niskie, gładkie gumowate, bardzo gest kisielowate, alkohol znać ale jest ok. Finisz długi. Ogólnie piwo jest dobre nigdy nie piłem takiego kiślu,choć piłem już żytnie piwa i sam ten efekt była wart zakupu tego piwa. Poza tym torfowy Rye winę niczego sobie jako styl.

Piana nie za wielka ale fajna kremowka z tego powstaje, waniliwego koloru. w aromacie winne czeresniowe, wisnia, sliwka, winne. troche dymny tyton, w smaku slodko, malinowo-czeresniowe, znikaja wisnie i tylko czeresnia na wpol dojrzala rzadzi, niczym Obajtek Orlenem. Zdominowane przez akcenty owocow pestkowych. Barwa bordowa, potem metno buraczane. Sliwka w posmaku, powidla ze spora dawka cukrow. Troche za slodkie, ale ta czeresnia boska, nie za wiele w smaku torfowosci ta czeresienka pochlonela wszystko.

Ciemny burgund. W aromacie torf, jarzebina, sliwka, karmel, wanilia, mirabelka. Bardzo zlozony, intensywny i przyjemny, ale jednocześnie nie przytłacza. W smaku wedzony torfem kompot z czerwonych owoców, wanilia, karmel. Tytoń wyczuwalny, podbija odczucie beczkowości. Gęste, wyklejające. Wysokie Ciało ale jednocześnie dość wytrawne. Goryczka zaznaczona. Wysycenie niskie. Bardzo dobre, oryginalne piwo.

23.11.2021. Tobacco, curacao, smoked salt, peated rye, bourbon. Sure. Turns into a nice and rich smokey beverage, with a good bitterness and quite a bit of herbal spice. Bourbon softens it some, but not too much. Lots going on, but not very balanced.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - copper to red. Off white head. Nose - red fruit and tobacco. Sweet medicinal. Taste - caramel, cherry and tobacco again. Palate - chewy and medium bodied. Chewy middle and finish. Overall - great stuff.

Bottle at James's. Pours deep amber, nose is caramel , peaty, citrus, toffee, taste is chewy caramel, smoky, salty, coconut, fudge.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours hazy brown with a thin white head. Aromas of smoke and plasters, faint salt, orange. Taste is cherry, medicinal, smoke, orange. There's a lot going on.
