Bottle 0,5ltr: Dark brown colored brew with red glow. Taste is quite sweet with an little bitter, hints of chocolate and caramel.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a creamy, beige head. Nose is an odd combination of metal and glue. Medium body, low carbonation, soft toffeeish malts, rye bread and molasses if not overly sweet. Very subdued bitteness. Thankfully better taste than aroma, but a great Bock it is not. 040920

Bottle from ElDesmadre, thanks! Toffee, café au lait and a hint of licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet, caramelly flavor with café au lait and pear.

Bottle. Dark brown colour, almost black. Aroma is burned caramel, some herbs. Medium sweetness, no bitterness. Quite ok.

Barwa brunatna, klarowne, piana beżowa, dość obfita, ale niezbyt trwała. W aromacie karmel, opiekane słody, melanoidyny. W smaku słodowe, dość słodkie, chociaż niezbyt pełne jednocześnie, dochodzi leciutka kawa w smaku, do tego znowu karmel i nieco przypieczonej skórki. Goryczka, wysycenie i treść niska do średniej. Jest to coś pomiędzy koźlakiem a dunkelem, jest nawet niezłe, ale brakuje charakteru zdecydowanie i po ogrzaniu trochę czuć alkohol. I tak to jedno z lepszych piw z Raciborza.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Lukasz, shared with colleagues. Clear ruby brown color with thin light brown head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate with nutty note. Taste starts with sweet caramel and toffee, follows by roasted malts and coffee, mouthfeel is warming, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, sticky texture and average carbonation in palate. This one is quite ok, a bit too sweet...

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and metallic. Bitter, roasted and malty. Breadish and caramelish. Dry and bitter finish.
