Bottle from Hoptimism. Light hazed golden colour with a thin head. A bit of a gusher. Aroma and taste are fruity sour and crisp. Quite crisp and slight dry.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Funky, fruity, citric, a bit vionous, dry, tart, quite juicy. Very nice.

Bottle from Beerdome. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon and funky. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 081221

375ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Funky, spicy, yeasty and grassy hoppy aroma, notes of fresh hay, a touch of mustard seed, fruity undertones with hints of apricot and peach. Taste is dry, tart-ish, fruity and mildly funky, yeasty, notes of lemon peel, some fresh hay, a touch of unripe apricot and peach. Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, very refreshing - good.

Bottle split at the Grand Reunion Tasting at MM, Thanks to Fergus, 20/05/21. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemon tinged straw, modest funk, grass, herb. Taste comprises green berry must, hay bale, barnyard tones, toasted grains, light funk, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent straight up saison.

Bottle shared in HW - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazed gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with mild tang, biscuits, pale bread, lemon, wheat flakes. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly tangy finish, some citric notes, a little yeast, wheat. Tasty.
