Fles gedeeld door TomvV. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van Thijm, olijven en iets ziltigs. De smaak is vol, kruidig, honing en zacht ziltig.

Fast gone off-white head over amberish golden beer. Thyme, some rosemary, kafir lime. Bit of caramel, toasted malts. Taste again with caramel, thyme, eucalyptus, other grains, coloured malts. Medium bodied, some light alcoholwarming, medium carbonation. Somehow, it has an "overspiced" impression, even when the Bergamotte is hardly above recognition treshold.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Herbal, bit medicinal. Taste: Herbal, heather, floral, fruity hints of lime, a little grape, light to moderate sweet, light sourish and very light bitter. Herbal / spicy and floral finish. Vinuous hints of red wine. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Nice one. Unusual taste. Very nicely balanced.
