Bottle at the brewery. Pours clear, deep red with a small, foamy pink head. Lightly sweet with lovely fresh berry and red grape character, fairly peppery, relaxed acidity, quite dry. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Decently tart, quenching finish, a little herbal note, grass, grape skins, berries. Delicious, great depth.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber / burgundy with a small off-white head. Aroma is wonderfully complex and yet subtle, with dessert red grape, red grape skin/must, gentle funk, and a touch of acidity. Flavour is similar, with desert red grapes, moderate barnyard funk, light earthiness, and a touch of acidity. Really great red grape expression, with low tannins, lots of dessert red grapes (but still dry), with a touch of funk. Wonderful.

Panda at home, big thanks to Dave, 08/02/23. Cherry red with a crimson cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is red grape must, funk, dry rot, hedgerow, red berry pips, damp oak. Taste comprises sharp red grapes, damp oak, funk, light herb, wood must, balanced acidic bimble, hay bale, farmyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of acidity and light puckering close. Top drawer lambic ... great balance and drinkability.
