Clear deep orange beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit floral, funky, wild, woody, lots of citrus notes, not picking up the rhubarb though. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet in the start, then rather dry, rhubarb, pretty acidic, lemony, bitter, dry, spicy, wood notes. Aftertaste: tannins, bitter, lemony, ok.

27.08.2022: Taster at BXLBeerfest. Orange very hazy color, small white head. smells parfumy, earthy, tobacco, citric. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal, Saison yeast. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of Saison yeast, pepper and grassy notes.very nice one, love the balance, do not get any rhubarb though

05.08.2024: 0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2020. BB 01.07.2031. amber clear color, small white head. smells bit oxidized, sherry, nutty, walnuts, tobacco, earthy, light hay, light volatile acids. nice smell overall. full body. soft carbonation. tastes nutty, peppery, tobacco, some volatile acids, balsamico, earthy. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of balsamico, walnuts and tobacco notes. taste wise trending towards a sour brown ale. Not the biggest fan of the balsamic notes. Overall good.
