ABV: 7.8%. Clear medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is barnyard, leather, grapes, herbs, grapes - wine - red berries, funk, earthy touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, herbs, barnyard, leather, grapes, funky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20230107]

Clear deep dark red colour with quick fading head. Aroma of complex red fruits with touches of sour cherry, redcurrant and grape mixed in with funk and old wet oak. Nicely fruity, thick texture. Tart finish, light vinegar acidity. Really full and complex.

Flaska från 3 Fonteinen, 21 - 22 b45. Något mörkare röd med rosavit krona. Mycket druva, fylligt, stramt med en del druvstjälk. Dova smaker. Gott och bland de bättre av 3Fs mörkare druvlambic det senare. Samtidigt tuff konkurrens när vi druckit Grenache Noiren tidigare.

Pours dark, amber. Small white head. Scent is full, earthy red grapes. Bit woody, lower funkyness on the lambic. Taste is fairly full, very grape forward. Red fruits, earthy, raw and rough woodyness. Mild tannins, fairly full-bodied. Decent, but not my favorite.
Sour, sweet, a bit tart, more dry actually. Jammy red grapes, very low acidity, soft, not tannic, more like natural wine. Very nice though.
Vinous and funky with some berries, grapes, earthiness and farmyardy notes.

750ml bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Vinous and funky with some berries, grapes, earthiness and farmyardy notes. Solid grape lambic.
