奈良醸造4周年記念ビールは、ファーストバッチ（初仕込み）で作ったIPAのリメイク版。Galaxyホップ由来のパッションフルーツを思わせるトロピカルな香りに、Mosaicホップ由来の柑橘の香りを重ね、味わいに膨らみを持たせています。ボディのしっかりとした麦の風味がキリッとした苦味を支え、香りと苦みが同時に楽しんでいただけるIPAに仕上がっています。
This is the NBCo's 4th anniversary beer, "Wild Ambitions". For do not forget our first resolution, following in the footsteps of our first beer "Public Pressure", we have created a beer with two main hop varieties, Mosaic and Galaxy. The citrus aroma from the Mosaic hops and the tropical passion fruit aroma from the Galaxy hops. It has a strong bitterness.

Happy Anniversary! Nara Brewing Wild Ambitions IPA 6.5% 50 IBU Matte gold with dense off-white creamy foam and an aromatic hop bouquet of fruits and woodsy pine - very bright. Medium bodied and luscious mouthfeel. The cascade and Columbus bring balance to the mosaic and Galaxy. Very crisp finish, super crushable. Great beer.
