Brewed with German Malted Barley, German Hops, and Atlanta Water. A portion of freshly fermenting lager was added to extend the finish and provide a gentle, natural carbonation. Conditioned for 2 additional months for further refinement.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and grain. Slick body, grass, citrus, straw, nice crisp finish, very good.

Tip Tap draught, 5/19/23. Hint of unfiltered haze. Lemon. Small, white head, modest retention. Salt, biscuit, touch of sulfur and lightly herbaceous hops with a touch of honey-,like malt. Delicate, elegant, bit of light acidity and expressive yeast on the finish. Hint of mild peach and apricot. Exquisitely clean. Malty, good hop backbone, light and drinkable with apricot, herbs and grass. Very light, very dry. Super quenching. A lot of subtle complexity. Bread, sulfur, pepper, honey...vastly clean. Uncompromisingly hoppy yet with almost no acid and a balanced bitterness.

Tap at the birch Norfolk Virginia. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is green lemon, zest, grass, lemonade, pale grains. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, grass, lemon rind lemon, earthy grains, grass. Palate crisp, lemon, moderate carbonation. Good.
