Mavy is a bier that holds a candle with a nice foam on top. We have a nice formula for making this bier. Brewed with saaz hops, a variety of roasted and un-roasted bohemian malt, bohemian yeast, Atlanta soft water, and lagered for a long period. With proteins and alpha acids holding all the foam together that is capable of changing the world.

16oz can pours a clear amber with a ring of off white head. Nose has malt, soggy bread, some yeast, a little citrus. Flavors are malty, bready, yeast, a little dried citrus peel. Spritzy finish, dry.

Can. Pours a reddish hue with a medium to large white head. A big malty sweet nose. Toast, caramel, big dark bread. Very smooth. Damn, this is really good. Give me 10 of these on cask.

Can: pours light brown with beige head. Aroma is nutty, lightly fruity, little earthy. Taste is sweet, minimal bitterness. Chewy. Nice aftertaste.
