On tap at Half Acre. Pours an orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, earth, licorice, rhubarb. Slick body, licorice, rhubarb, earth, light finish, enjoyed this.

Pours a darker amberblonde. Bit unclear. heavy, almost oaky honey funk. Full intensity. Taste is sharp, dry, very full (both body and intensity). Mild honey. Not very bitter. Lots of malts. Lovely beer !

Everything you need in a saison. The rhubarb is tart, but balanced out by honey and probably the angelica root, which I am unfamiliar with. Brilliantly made. Getting into knives. Glistening ones.
