Human Attention is Sacred is a 5.1% ABV mixed culture saison made with hibiscus, cinnamon, and ginger salt. This beer has prominent aromas of ruby red grapefruit, wild strawberry, and ocean-spray wet rocks. The palate presents with flavors of tangerine rind, white peach, sumac, and pink peppercorn, while soft notes of Ceylon cinnamon and tropical ginger linger in the background. Gentle acidity and mild bitterness carry through a medium body and a briny, slate-like minerality due to the small addition of salt.
