Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Lots of peach, barnyard, rubbery notes, some apricot, sour, juicy. Really great, refreshing and easy-drinking.

Bottle. Blend No. 14. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Funky, peach. Taste: Very smooth, almost a bit creamy mouthfeel. Fruity peach notes, some rural funk, hints of hay. Light to moderate tart. Some oak wood. A little old hop and musty at the finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very well balanced and very tastefull blend.

N° 14 21|22 100% 3F lambic Short-lived white head over hazy - indeed peachcoloured - yellow/orange beer. Horseblanket, stonefruit, bit of sulphur, musk, dark green leaves. Warming up, some nutmeg aroma develops. Sour, quite so, if less than the red peach. Peach flavour, gradually deepening. Quite tart, lipsmacking acidity, acidburn and -thinning, yet some fruit-filling. Very good, if severe fruitlambic. Txs to Stef!

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright peaches, moderate funk, and gentle acidity. Flavour is bright and peachy, with loads of bright, tart peaches and moderate barnyard funk, finishing lightly-to-moderately acidic. Funky, peachy and juicy, with appropriate acidity. Lovely.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2021/2022 blend #14 dated May 1, 2022. Aroma is fairly fruity and peach forward. Quite a bit of lemon and green grape notes with lighter herbal, earthy funk and cherries. Light grain notes and alcohol with hints of oak. Pours a slightly hazy, pale,.copper-orange with a medium large, moderately thick, frothy white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is fairly acidic with a bit of a sharpness to it. Light grain notes, medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of peaches with lighter notes of lemons, green grapes, and cherries and even lighter notes of earthy, herbal funk and must. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent peach lambic but it's a bit too acidic for me. I think the other fruity esters kind of bury the peach a bit, especially in the flavor. Wouldn't mind a bit more peach and funk and less fruity fermentation characteristics.

Flaska från 3 Fonteinen, 21 - 22 b14. Drucken jämte Wijnbergperzik. Varmgul lätt disig med vit krona. Frisk och fylligt fruktig ton från persikan samtidigt som djupet är där. På pappret hade jag mer tro för Wijnberg med aningen större sötma och fyllighet, men här finns ett djup som gör Geel snäppet vassare.

Dark yellow colour with quick fading head. Aroma of perfumed peach skins and some light farmhouse funk. Flavour has Granny Smith apple acidity. Sweet and sour peach.
