This Pruim features the Vroege Tolse, an old plum varietal, hand-picked by our team in the summer of 2021 in the small plum orchards of Willy, a retired schoolteacher. With a yield of only 250 kilos, this is a small batch blend. The plums macerated on a single oak barrel for a good four months. We used two- and three-year old lambics for macerating and blending, originating from two barrels and two brews.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazy orangey amber-gold colour, thin white head and aroma of berry, funk, plum, citric rind. Taste is sour, tart, citric rind, plummy, fruity, peach, grain, with some funk, light bitterness and saltiness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonatioon, sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle split at the Soapy returns tasting, Mother Arch ii, picked up online somewhere, 27/04/23. Murky orange amber with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is dirty green berries, funk, dry rot, wood must, sharp plum, hay bale. Taste comprises green berry must, funk, barnyard esters, sharp citric zest, on the turn peach, prunes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good acidic bite at the curtain call. Solid.

Bottle shared at scopey homecoming tasting at kernel. many thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed peach, airy, fuzzy peach, veg. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sharp lemon rind, acid, citric acid, fuzzy peach, little harsh. Vinegar.

Bottle at The Kernel tasting, cheers to Mr Kenny. It pours cloudy orangey - amber with a small white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, zingy, tangy, light manure, apricot, peach, yellow plum, mango, must, fizzy candy and tangfastics. The taste is crisp, dry, zingy, musty, funky, barnyard, yellow plum, peach, nectarine, mango, fizzy candy, tangfastics, sugary, light acidity, granny smith apple, nip of acidity and some pucker with a drying, toothy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent, but perhaps not Thier most refined/rounded.

A light haze on this slightly dirty looking gold beer, patchy bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and bone dry, good fine carbonation. Thin malts, not much sweetness imparted. Woody tart citrus. Some ripe citrus and rhubarb. Finishes very dry with an acidic irritation. So over this hard to drink shite.

Flaska från 3 Fonteinen. Blend n˚5 · season 21 - 22, ekad. Drucken jämte Belle från samma årgång, också ekad. Gulorange, vit krona. Mycket frukt, viss sötma och djup i doften medan mer syra smakmässigt. Gott, men Bellen strax över.

0,75l from bottle at the Lambic-O-Droom. Amber murky color, small white head. smells very funky, plums, earthy. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes plums, grassy, earthy, bit lactic. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of plums, earthy and grassy notes. Good stuff, rather on the sour side, but overall lovely
