Bottle from a potato/onion vendor. Leathery, dry earthy tannins, dusty apple peel. It’s more tannins than actual apple. Barely any sweetness, light astringent and bitter. Quite dry. For the die-hards. It’s interesting but not something I’d drink all the time.

Bottle. deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sulphur, apple. Flavour is sulphur, sweetness, apple, dust. OK cider.

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apples and sulfur. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long dry apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

750 ml corked bottle. Hazy, golden orange body with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma of ripe apples and sulfur. Sweet and fruity flavor of mature apples, farmhouse and sulfur. Fine body and sweet apple aftertaste with sulfur. OK rustic apple cider, with less sulfur flavor and aroma this could have been really great.
