Bottle from some natural wine store. Bit hazy yellow golden. Funky, white wine, very dry apple, apple peel, mineral, light lemon. Quite funky, quite dry from both the apples and the fermentation. Not a traditional Breton, a touch if Basque cider without being sour. Nice and dry. It’s nice and well made, maybe not as good as the best trad ones, but enjoyable.
