Donkergeel biet met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet en ietwat kruidig met iets van hars, wat citrus en meloen.

Amber colour with lasting fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have rounded floral bitter notes. Some sweeter caramelised red fruits in the background too. A little yeasty spiciness in the finish.

33cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of pine needles, spruce and some citra hops. Taste of strong bitter hops, pine needles, spruce, resins. Long bitter finish.

Bottle at home. Unclear autumnal red colored beer with an average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, some leaves hmm that's not good. Odd flavor too, malts, leaves, iron, something weird I can't really put my finger on. There's a very solid bitterness in there, but it's a wrong kind of bitterness. Odd and not clean it seems. Sadly, this is no good. I'm probably not even finishing this 0.33 liter bottle. Too bad. 6-6-5-6-5 //
Well, how much difference can there be from one bottle to another? Here's your answer: a lot! This bottle I had was, well, quite amazing! Orangy color, small to no head. Aroma and flavor are both malty, hoppy, classical hoppy even. Medium bitterness. Nothing like the bottle I had before. This would definitely score something like 7-7,5-7,5-8-8. I'll try to taste another one before making a final decision.
