This KristallWeizen Was Brewed In Collaboration With Our Great Friends At Log Still Distillery And Against The Grain. Aged In A Monk Road Gin Barrel This Beer Has A Unique Botanical Vibe From Start To Finish.

Banana, orange, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy reddish yellow with small head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter gin/juniper and straw flavor. Good body. Nice solid Weizen flavor - cloudiness doesn't fit with a Kristallweizen though. Gin barrel aging worked well with this - fruitiness of the beer worked well with the gin flavor.
