When the Hop Lords of Whiplash graced us with a visit, we were keen to learn as much as possible on the mighty dipa. This heady fruit basket of a beer has great mouthfeel and a hidden 8% strength. We added El Dorado hops in early in the mash, the dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and Vic Secret. Named after the devil makes 3 blue grass song Do Wrong Right "The road don't go forever, so ride it while it lasts".

On tap at BeerHeadZ Lincoln. Slight hazed deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are line tropical fruit and bittersweet. Rich body.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 16/10/22. Very lightly hazed orange to golden with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is bitter orange, light pine, melon, grass, grapefruit, mandarin, papaya. Taste comprises mixed citric flesh, pine resin, grass, grapefruit, orange pith, hint of mango, subtle hop spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close splashed with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid clean and easy drinking DIPA.

Can at home picked up from CW online. A clear pale golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is semi sweet, fragrant pine, grassy citrus, sticky pine sap, biscuity malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy orange, mango, creamy bready grains, sticky pine, fragrant pine. Palate is semi sweet, resinous hop, sticky sap, moderate carbonation. Firm bitterness. West coast vibes with a new world twist.

Dorée/pâle, col fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme est frais, bien houblonné frais avec un bel élément de 'dank' avec des pointes allant vers le tropical, les agrumes, léger résineux.
Palais offre toutes les notes d'une DIPA classique - et cela fait du bien de déguster cela. Caractère finement sec, pungent hops comme dans un effet sac de houblons, léger résineux, gazon fraichement coupé - le dry hopping est là, la bière surfant un peu sur le côté 'haze'.
