Opaque black with large tan head, full bodied and oily. Malty and licorice aroma. Bitter chocolate, roast and licorice taste with resin finish. Excellent.

16 ounce can. Opaque jet black pour. Large frothy tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at dark chocolate and molasses. Flavor is bittersweet chocolate, licorice and resiny hops. Soft on palate. Easy drinking for an Imperial Stout. Nice effort.
