Pale - Pale Ale is a pale Pale ale continuing on our Pale ale craze this year. The more we make, the more you drink. People really seem to be into their sessionables this year. And, we don’t mind. We love it. As long as you keep pitching, we’ll knock them out of the park. Home run style and all that. This one is just a continuance of what we’ve done all summer. Perfect!

Pours a hazy yellow-gold with white head, reasonable retention. Aroma of mandarin, grapefruit and a big pine/earthy spice hit. Taste seems to lose all that intensity from the aroma. It has a pleasant lime peel, grapefruit, mango and pine but watered down. Light to medium bodied - there are some oats to firm the body up. Its ok.

Draught@Bishops Umeå. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectar and oats. Flavour is oaty, floral, some fruity and earthy tones.
