We got a metric shit ton of Blueberries from Afton Apple Farms in Afton, MN and sent them out to pasture for 3 months on our Foeder-Fermented Golden Sour Base at a rate of 8 pounds of whole blue boys per gallon… AKA as many as we could fit into the blending tank. Soft tannic bite and quenching acidity, followed by the jams. Come chill.
