A relatively simple expression of some of our favorite raw materials. The ones we can take a leap with and know we have something close to home to land on. This version is comprised of Pilsner Malt, Flaked & Malted Oats from Canada, Our Hand Selected 2019 & 2020 lots of Citra & Citra Cryo from the amazing folks at Yakima Chief & Our Beloved London Ale 3.

The Aromas are fresh citrus, resin and weed hops with a little bit of biscuit. Flavors are like nose, nice balance between Bitter, Sweet and carbonation with decent body. Slightly bitter satisfying finish. Good beer.

Can shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus and creamy sweet grains with a bit of mango underlying. Flavor has dank and slightly bitter citrus with a bit of sweet grain and mango backing.
