We've been extremely fond of this style coming out of Portland, Oregon for its ability to scratch our crispy & hoppy itches simultaneously. We fermented this one cold with lager yeast & dry hopped with our hand selected Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo, Ekuanot & HBC 586 for those new/mid/east/west coast vibes. Perfect for summer and/or anytime. Keep it icy. Keep it crispy. Keep it chill.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and earthy grass with a hint of citrus rind underlying. Flavor has lots of straw with a bit of grass and earthy citrus rind supporting.

The Aromas are mainly fresh Citrus hops with a little bit of resin and pot. Flavors are like nose, fairly dry with moderate bitter in The Finish. A bit fruity at the end to with good slightly soft carbonation and chewy body.
