Bottle at the source. The colour is hazy dark straw with an off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, cilantro, wheat and grass. Flavour of Belgian yeast, cilantro, wheat buns, grass and flowers. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and a soft bitterness. Nice and pretty herby.

330 ml bottle, as Lilland Gufne Gunhild Wiit Beer, purchased at Lilland's off-licence. Deep golden to pale brown colour, hazy brown when the yeast is poured in the end. Huge white (or slightly off-white) head, overcarbonated. Perfumed aroma of yeast, chamomile, orange peel and coriander. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has too strong notes of chamomile and yeast, with orange peel and coriander in the background.

Lilland Bryggerihotell Golden color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, coriander, malt. Flavor is Bread, oranges, fruit, coriander, flower. OK beer.

Bottle, at the brewpub. A dark golden one, unclear, with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is bready and lightly perfumed, with orange and coriander. Mostly fruity though. It’s quite dry on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a quite heavy carbonation. Fruity flavor, more than the aroma, with bready pale malts, some orange and coriander, and a perfumed, flowery hint. Medium length finish. Decent, nothing more. 220812
