Spelt NEIPA. India Pale Ale in stile New England prodotta insieme allo storico birrificio lucchese Brùton con abbondante impiego di farro della Garfagnana che, oltre al caratteristico sapore dolce e leggermente speziato, quasi rustico, le dona un corpo vellutato ed una certa opalescenza. L’amaro è poco percepibile mentre al naso emergono intense le note fruttate dei luppoli americani.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua arrivano sentori di miele, cereali, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia, mandarino, mela e spezie.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is exotic fruits, a bit cheesy hops too though. Taste is exotic fruits, some spelt spice, bready body, dry and spelty finish. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Alright.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy hops, yellow fruits, yeast. Taste of juicy hops, yellow fruits, citrus, pineapple.

24/IX/22 - on tap @ Borefts Day 2, BB: n/a (2022-1315) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Pretty cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: dank and resinous, very fruity, lots of tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, juicy, pretty darn bitter, some tropical fruits, citrus notes, lots and lots of oranges, orange peel. Aftertaste: grapefruit, very bitter, some tropical fruits, juicy, dry, a bit spicy.

Cremiger Hopfenbeginn. Süßlich, milde Herbe, mit der Zeit auch bitter. Spritzig, frisch hopfig bleibend, langer, weich hopfiger Abgang. 11/9/10/9//10

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours hazy orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, tropical, citrus. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter, actually appearing more bitter in the final.
