Al naso arrivano impressioni di speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è velata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia amara, erbe aromatiche, spezie e pepe nero

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is basically Italian Pils Kellerbier, but in the good way, a bit overhopped, but good aroma. Taste is dry, very hoppy, good bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Good one!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of pale malt, fresh spicy hops. Taste of fresh spicy and grassy hops. Okay.

Clear orange beer, small aery creamy white head, a little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, then very bitter and hoppy, dry, spicy. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, dry, malty flavours in the finish, rather medicinal and very bitter finish.

Spritziger, hell herber Beginn. Getreidig, mild bitter, spritzig. Deutlich herb bleibend, langer Abgang - frisch und authentisch. 10/11/11/12//11

A quite nice lager that we have here. Nicely crisp, fairly hoppy, and dry. Soft and easy drinking, light, but flavourful enough to be quite pleasant. Nicely balanced. Solid stuff, highly drinkable.
