Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is coffee, roast, dark chocolate. Taste is coffee, a bit vanilla, quite a warming boozy finish. Velvety mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation. Not bad!
Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of sweet strong dark malt, vanilla, bourbon. Taste of sweet vanilla, strong dark malt, chocolate, Bourbon. Boozy finish.

23/IX/22 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a - probably the B.A. version, although the booklet nor the labeling on the stand mentioned any barrel ageing, the alc % was that of the B.A. version and not the regular version (2022-1199) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown beer, creamy bit irregular beige brown head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very sweet impression, lots of roasted malts, dark caramel, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice roast up front, lots of alcohol, very intense, bitter, malty, quite some coffee, very dark roast. Aftertaste: alcohol, a bit sweet, heavy, very intense.

Süffiger, dunkel malziger Beginn. Zunehmend getreidig malzig, nicht nur im Hintergrund, würzig-herb, mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/11/10//11
