We’ve let the malt and the yeast do all the talking here! Highlighting a grain bill consisting of 40% Triticale malt, it pours a beautiful golden colour with a bone white, frothy head.
With citrus-like esters and aromas of cloves, bubblegum, and a touch of banana all tied together with spicy, notes of grain and malt. It finishes dry, lively, refreshing and crisp.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can. Pours almost clear gold - leaving a bit of sediment at the bottom - with a white head that fades to a cap. Aroma of oranges, crackery dough, cloves, pepper. No particular funk. Dryish with firm crackery dough. Spicy but not very bitter at the end. Pleasant but I wanted a snappier finish: saisons should be hoppy.
