Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is intense iodine, peat, nothing else coming through. Taste is the same, though a bit of raisin juice in there too. Surprisingly unthick mouthfeel, oily, soft carbonation. Somehow still more balanced than it should be.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear dark orange brown beer. Aroma of intense peated malt, strong dark malt. Taste of strong peated malt, smoke, strong reddish brown malt, boozy finish.

Clear deep dark red brown beer, small creamy beige head. Aroma: oh wow, all peat, not much else going on here, super smoky, medicinal, too much peat here, sorry, that’s not good, way too overpowering. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very peated, bitter, roasted, lots of alcohol, more peat. Aftertaste: nothing but peat, too much for me, don’t like it.
