Clear pale blond colour with no head. Aroma is dry and woody with a touch of cherry pit. Not particularly sour this one. Maybe the Moscatel influence.

Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is vineous, wood, pretty interesting character. Taste is wild, funky, quite fresh and fruity, mild tannins too. Sparkly carbonation. Good one!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of sour apples, sulfur, grapes and brett. Taste of sour apples, sulfur, white grapes, brett.

Not very as cola at all, dunno where they got that idea from. A lovely wine barrel fermented wild ale indeed, the moscatel comes through well. Properly funky, with loads of wood. Vinous, light acidity. Lovely soft. Very nice!

Clear blond to straw yellow beer, no head. Aroma: fruity, very malty, a little funky, peaches, some oranges and orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, tangerines, bitter touch, sourish, lemon juice. Aftertaste: dry, fruity, lemony, zesty, bitter finish, decent stuff!
