Bottle looks really, really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts strong, intense hoppy-grasy, fine dry notes, not too intense. Mild bitter background. Fine fruity notes of apricot. Finish a bit alcoholic woody, still intense hoppy-fruity. A beer to enjoy!

750ml bottle. Cloudy dark orangey golden to amber colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, lasting, lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty and fruity, hoppy aroma has notes of grapefruit, pineapple and citrus. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, a fresh, fruity citrus note, decent bitter hoppy overtones. Nice.

Cloudy amber color, small head. Mild aroma of fruity hops and malt. Good malt and hop flavor, moderately sweet, with some fruity touch and quite storng bitterness, but less than it used to be.
It’s losing power, but it’s still a very enjoyable Double IPA.

Muddy dark amber color; the bottle opens without sound, and indeed the head is small, but persistent. The aroma is nice: fruity hops, some yeast, bitter orange peel, dried apricots, lightly soapy. Sweetish flavor, probably top fermentation; malty, with some sweet caramel; fruity, from the hops and from orange peels; strong bitterness. Light yeast. Rough, unprecise, but the effort is appreciated.

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, deep amber colour with a beige and firm foamy head. Aromatic piney and fruity hoppy aroma with notes of caramel-malt and moderate spicy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with a pleasantly matured carbonation. Hearty cara-malt-character with present notes of aroma hops, including piney, resiny, herbal and subtle fruity flavours; the initial sweetness is fading towards the almost dry-ish and moderately bitter finish with loads of aromatic hop flavours and a well-covered alcohol. Very pleasant. 26.XII.11
