0,5l bottle at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. BB 31.07.2025. Yellow hazy color, medium big white head. Smells Saison yeast, spices, grassy, coriander, thyme, flowery, esters, light herbal. Very nice smell. Full body, pearly carbonation. Tastes coriander, spices, saison yeast, thyme, herbs, light fruity schnapps notes. Finishes bubbly and lightly bitter with notes of spices, saison yeast and herbal notes. Good one, interesting mix between the prickly carbonation and the fruity schnapps notes. A tad heavy (well, it almost has 10% after all), but overall good. Would love a lower ABV version.
