In Chapter 3 ‘The Ghost Dimension’, brewed with our best beery pals Fierce Beer, our heroine has been cornered by the villain in the cabin and is entranced by the villain’s supernatural abilities. Our homemade mole sauce went into this beer, featuring 4 types of chillies, appropiately including the super ‘Fierce’ Naga ‘Ghost’ chillies for a fiery and smokey undertone on the palate.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 15/05/21 ... wee hours on Zoom with some clowns! Black with a good sized tan head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, red peppers, cacao nibs, chili heat, dark chocolate, spice, molasses. Taste comprises dark malts, cocoa powder, rising red chilli heat, spice, charr, dark malts, chipotle kick. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dry chilli heat and subtle boost. Solid well balanced impy ... can't call out the sweetness on this one ... carries a good chilli kick ... maybe a touch hot overall though? Decent fayre none the less and sips easy for 13% ABV.
