Single hop Pale Ale. White grape aroma aplenty from this unique New Zealand hop. From the same region as the Sauvignon Blanc grapes, expect extreme fruitiness, passionfruit and fresh crushed gooseberries on this light pale ale.

Gravity Cask at the Craft Beer Shop, Little Chalfont. Poured a crystal clear light amber colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter , with a smooth, earthy, herbal, nutty, floral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Handpull cask at the Bull Baiters, Worcester. Dark gold, clear with a spotty white head and spotty lacing. Light aroma, some jammy and grassy notes, not getting much of the promised Nelson Sauvin characters. Sweet taste, some citrus/tropical hop alongside marmalade and a suggestion of caramel. Full, flat body. I have trouble with this one, it's more of a golden bitter than an Antipodean pale ale, but it's okay.
