Cask at the Wellington Birmingham. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with little life. The aroma is wheat and floral hops. The flavour is yeasty, grainy, with a dry yeasty, cheesy, dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. This is a saison. No mistaking the yeast.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A yellow beer with thin head. Both the aroma contains mainly notes of citrus and hops, while the only thing I really pick up in the flavor is citrus. The body is watery. I rather like the aroma, but the flavor is boring and the thin body is a drawback too.
