Our first beer is an organic lager that will make you enjoy every sip. With a darker colour than common lagers and a clear role from our locally produced hops.
A very refreshing and balanced beer.
HOPS: Organic and locally produced

21/IV/22 - 33cl bottle @ Bo.TiC (Corçà), BB: I/2024, lot: L21109 (2022-389)
Clear to little cloudy orange to almost amber beer, very dark for a pale lager, big creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, caramel, even a gentle roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, good malty backbone, a bit herbal, some grains, bready. Aftertaste: nice, pretty dry, malty, good long lasting bitterness, decent beer. Beer style is a bit unclear, they keep talking about "lager", like it's a pale lager, but it's more a vienna lager to me.
