YEAST: Vermont Ale

Tap. Pours lightly hazy, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is lemony. Flavor is light sweet. Very light bittter. Grapefruit pith. Light body.

Pineapple, orange, biscuit malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head and mild effervescence. Moderately sweet pineapple, orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Good body. Nice fruit flavor.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy straw with an off white head. Aromas of pineapple. Flavors are moderate bitter citrus. Quite nice.
