Clear amber, small, off-white head. Aroma of toasted nuts, apple peel, toffee, plum, old pear, cellar. Taste has sweet plum & red apple over biscuity, toffee-like, bit nutty maltiness. Herbal hoppy finish with ripe & slightly tart red fruits, nutty. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Solid Märzen but with a surprising twist.

Can. Pours a clear copper amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and bread notes with a hint of nuttiness underlying. Flavor has lots of sweet bread with a touch of cookie and a hint of nuttiness in the finish.
